I am 5'2" >.> I think that can qualify as chibi XD

I dont consider that as chibi. xD
Then again, almost half of today I've been called tiny from three of my friends. And i'm 5'5"

you could try high heel shoes but I think that would be rather awkward and painful.
We could always form a club of chibi's and you'd be the king of chibi's.
